Directions: Use as a dietary supplement; adults take one capsule during the day and one capsule at bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: Do not use this product without the supervision of your healthcare practitioner. Unless instructed to do so by your healthcare practitioner, do not exceed 4 capsules within a 24 hour period. DO NOT take this product if you are taking an anticoagulant, including aspirin or other prescription medication.
