It has been some 7 months since I began the Health Designs Nutritional Testing System. I have been amazed to feel the response of my body from the first visit to now. As a person who had never used this style of treatment before, I was very skeptical about this kind of treatment. I had taken different vitamins for many years. It wasn't until I took the test that I knew exactly what to take and when.
I started using a nutrition program that was unique to me, and used it very consistently, disciplining myself to a different style of eating. In addition, after a period of time, I began to see a change in my body's chemicals. My body started to function and respond in a normal fashion. I have never felt so free and clean! My breathing is so much different. I had previously had two open-heart surgeries. My life finally become altogether different.
Our body can only be as good as what we put into it. I caused the problems to my body, and I have discovered that I am the only one who can improve my body. However if one does not stick to their unique program full recuperation will not occur.
Dedication, discipline, and smart living are the answers to a successful and healthy body.
