As a baby I had colic. As a child I was a constipated, picky eater. In my mid-thirties, a wrong prescription for the flu shot downed my total digestive system. I was put on a mashed potato, banana, and baby food diet for six months, leaving me anemic, with a blood pressure of 80/60, and slow.
Then I was diagnosed with cancer. The doctors only comment, "You'll either get better or you won't." This led me to read articles and books on nutrition and vitamins, and I become my own "doctor". I did take chiropractic treatments, which helped.
Gas has been my constant companion. After my cancer, the pill Tamaxifin added weight, girth and other unwanted side effects. When the Health Designs testing, diet, and supplements were suggested eight months ago, I decided "testing" might be better than my own "doctoring." The gas, stuffy nose, and itchy ears disappeared. The weight and girth gain, which was added by Tamaxifin, was reduced. Stiffness in joints and limitation in movement were eased, plus I have more strength.
