We think this allows you to purchase that one product you really need or your month's supply of supplements without the worry of escalating shipping charges based on quantity. Same Day Shipping
Orders placed before 4 P.M Monday - Friday will ship out the same day when in stock. We aim to offer the widest selection of professional grade health products available today. This means we warehouse as much of our offering as we can, but some products are only ordered in when requested by a customer. Orders are shipped using UPS or USPS based on the product brand. Most delivery is within 2 - 7 business days. Length of delivery is based on business days, location, and product availability. Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping time.
Orders to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
The shipping rate for orders is $3.99 within the continental U.S. If any problems arise, you will notified through email. For refrigerated products, a $3.50 handling fee plus shipping may be applied to orders. This allows us to cold pack and insulate the shipment to ensure product integrity is not affected. You can always add products to your cart then view cart to see the calculated shipping. You may cancel your order anytime before pressing the final "Submit" button.

For Special Shipping & Handling
For Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Delivery, include specific shipping instructions in the Ordering Instructions box in the shopping cart. We will ship the product as requested and charge your credit card any additional shipping charges unless you request a quote before shipping.
If a shipping quote is requested before order is processed, you may call 1.888.311.1146 or email customerservice@healthdesigns.com and specify items and quantity and shipping zip code for a specific shipping quote. As we attempt to respond to these requests promptly, your order may be delayed in an attempt to contact you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- All international orders are sent via US Postal Service. A certificate of mailing (PS Form 3817) or a Customs Declaration Form (PS Form 2976-A) is obtained to verify that the order has been shipped to the specified address. We are not responsible for delivery to your location. If requested, we will send you a copy of the certificate of mailing or custom form.
- Delivery time varies based on country.
- Rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Unless specified, you will be contacted with the rates before your order is processed.
- You are responsible for any charges specific to your country. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.
- Once the order is processed and accepted at the US Postal Service, we are not responsible for any non-delivery. We do not have any control over the delivery of an international order. You are responsible for all charges. If the package is returned to us, we will credit you the product purchase price. You are still responsible for any incurred shipping charges.
