Boxes, APO, and normal street address.  In addition this method is highly discounted to customers in Alaska and Hawaii as an added value.

Ground 2-5 Day:  
Delivery within 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday) where available in the continental United States.  Shipping cost is determined by weight of order.  Includes advanced tracking and delivery confirmation.  Must ship to physical street address, no PO or APO boxes.  See time in transit map.

2nd Day Air:
Guarantees delivery within 2 business days (Monday - Friday) where available in the United States (determined by zip code).  Shipping cost is determined by weight of order.  As an added service, this method is discounted to most customers in Hawaii and Alaska for orders over $150 as they cannot receive Free Saver Shipping.

Next Day Air:
For delivery within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) by the end of the day where available (Hawaii, Alaska Excluded).  Shipping cost is determined by weight of order.  We recommend this option for next day shipping to East or West coasts in the US as the lowest cost.  If you are needing next day delivery in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, or Kentucky, please consider Ground for a lower cost option with less impact on the environment.  See Ground time in transit.

International Airmail:  #1 Customer Favorite, Starting at Just $6.97
Great economic option for International orders. Delivery is typically within 7-21 business days. No step by step tracking information is available for this option, but we do send confirmation that it has shipped. Available to all countries listed in the shipping calculator.

DHL International:  Fast International Delivery!
For delivery within 4-8, or 8-14 business days to most destinations across the globe. Does not includes tracking details, but we do notify of shipment. Cost will vary based on weight and destination. For orders over 4.0 lbs, this may be the only method of shipment available. Calculate exact shipping to your country by adding items to your cart and then using the shipping calculator (also found in your shopping cart).

Cold Shipped Items
Some of the items we sell are stored at our warehouse in a cold zone.  To maintain the integrity of these products, we ship them directly to you with the appropriate cold packaging.  This packaging, though costly, is included in your order at no cost as an added service. Items stored and shipped cold are clearly noted on the product detail page.  Because we strive to ship orders quickly, we will not hold any shipment because it is being cold shipped.  We encourage customers to upgrade their shipping method and take into consideration transit time over the weekend if ordering one of these items.

Same Day Shipping
Orders placed before 4 P.M Monday - Friday will ship out the same day when in stock at one fulfillment center.  Please note if you need to cancel or adjust an order, contact us immeditely or your order will be processed and shipped.  We aim to offer the widest selection of health products at your fingertips.  This means we utilize a proprietary network across the United States to offer the inventory you see.  If your order needs products from several locations, we will consolidate your order to one central location before shipping it out complete.  We let you know this on each product detail page as well as in your shopping cart.  Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping time.  Learn more about Calculating Delivery Dates .
