Millet Recipe 1) Rinse 1 cup of millet under cool running water for 2 minutes. 2) Place millet in sauce pan on medium-high heat. 3) Stir constantly for 3 minutes. 4) Add 2 cups of water to the sauce pan and cover on low heat. 5) Cook millet for 20 to 25 minutes or until the water has evaporated. 6) Allow millet to cool for 5 minutes. 7) Fluff with fork and serve.
