I am preparing to have gastric sleeve surgery, and am required to be on a 14 day liquid diet. I had to go out of town for 4 days and dealing with a liquid diet while not at home is hard. I found these shakes in the store and bought every flavor they had (all but banana). They were so good! I usually hate strawberry protein powder/shakes but this one tasted just like a milkshake.
A tip to make them even better is to fill a sports bottle/water bottle with ice, then pour the shake over that. Shake it a lot until it is ice cold. It tastes like a melted but cold milkshake. What a treat!
