Clinically, Serine phosphate derivatives are better absorbed when ethanolamine salts are included. Serine phosphate derivatives are believed to help optimize brain neurotransmissions with specific reference to hypothalmic-pituitary area. It also exerts a beneficial effect on memory retention and recall by stimulating morphogenetic neuronal plasticity which delays or prevents age dependent neurotransmitter function deterioration or decline.
- Research indicates that serine phosphate derivatives can reverse hypothalmic-pituitary resistance to cortisol feedback in cases of cortisol hypersecretion.
- It is also indicated in conditions of memory deficit.
- Indicated in cognitive decline, senile dementia and mild cases of Alzheimer's disease.

This product will probably be the first port of call for any one with a confirmed diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). Such a diagnosis should preferably follow an Adrenal Stress Index (ASI) test undertaken by a suitably qualified professional. Seriphos works on the Hypothalamus Pituitary Axis (HPA) by convincing the HPA to stop constantly stimulating the patient's already exhausted and depleted adrenal glands. This truly brings blessed relief to the patient, in a way that only a CFS sufferer would understand, and allows the healing process - then focused on the adrenals - to properly take place. Please consult with a healthcare professional experienced in the area of treating CFS.
Seriphos and hypoadreniaI am giving Seriphos a 4-star review on the basis of very early results with the product. However I don't know if the result will last.
I have a diagnosis of "Stage 3 Hypoadrenia" as a result of the following (simplified) disease process. The main symptoms I experience from hypoadrenia are anxiety (most likely from T4 pooling due to insufficient cortisol) and middle insomnia (a classic hypoadrenia symptom).
gluten -> celiac disease -> autoimmune thyroiditis -> hypothyroidism -> adrenal stress -> stage 3 hypoadrenia (adrenal insufficiency + adrenal circadian rhythm disorder)
I learned about Seriphos quite a few years back. However, after having discovered an article on Seriphos by Dr. Lowe, the T3 expert, I began actually using it. (Dr. Lowe's article can be found by googling on the terms "site:drlowe.com adrenals seriphos".) I had tried phosphatidylserine at doses of 200-1200mg per day, but did not get any results. However I have gotten some initial promising results by using Seriphos, which contains phosphorylated serine, which the body can make from PS. And Seriphos is less expensive than PS.
The information available from Interplexus.com on how to use Seriphos, is not perfect. Based on the info there, I expect it could take up to a year, to obtain a full resolution of my adrenal rhythm problem (if that turns out to be possible). Was this review helpful to you?
