Shipping and Returns

FREE shipping*

We ship any iSleep product to your home anywhere in the contiguous 48 states*—and it's absolutely FREE!

Bed frames and pillows are shipped via UPS, and you should receive delivery within 5-7 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

The foundation is too large to be shipped by UPS. So if a bed foundation is part of your order, the entire order will be shipped through a trucking company. It should arrive at your curbside about 7 business days after leaving the warehouse. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to arrange delivery and confirm that someone will be at your home to accept the shipment. We recommend that you have help available to move the boxes, as the foundation box will weigh from 70-80 lbs. Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear. However, if there is extensive visible damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact Customer Service at 1-888-311-1146.

*We're sorry, but at this time shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO, P.O. boxes or U.S. territories.

Got a return? Call first.
We're confident that you will be completely satisfied with your iSleep products. But if for some reason you aren't, contact Customer Service at 1-888-311-1146 right away.

Customer Service will provide you with a "Return Authorization" number and instructions for packing and returning any iSleep product you decide not to keep. No returns can be accepted without an authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in good condition.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at iSleep. All return shipping and incidental charges are the customer's responsibility.

FAQs

Got questions?

Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you can't find what you're looking for here, contact customer service.

Will my Sleep Adjustment Bed fit my current bed frame?
Yes. Assuming you purchase the same size bed you are currently sleeping on, a Sleep Adjustment Bed will fit all standard-size bed frames or bedroom furniture (Cal King, King, and Queen.) Click here if you want more size information.

Will my Sleep Adjustment Bed fit my current sheets?
Most of the sheets sold today are what is commonly referred to as "deep pocket" sheets. Deep pocket sheets are designed for high profile mattresses and can be found at nearly all major department stores. If you own older sheets, which may not have been made in the "deep pocket" style, you may wish to try sheet clips to hold your sheets in place. Learn more about bedding.

Will my bed deflate if there is a power surge or power loss during the night?
No. Your mattress will maintain its firmness, even if power is interrupted. But to protect the pump on your bed from power surges or power outages, we recommend using a surge protector.

Can I clean the mattress cover or foundation coverlet?
We recommend spot cleaning the mattress cover and duvet with sparkling water or mild detergent. Do not dry clean the mattress cover, foundation cover, or duvet or put them into a washing machine or dryer. If the mattress cover or duvet needs cleaning, it should be done by a professional.

What if I want to return my bed during the 30-Day Test Rest?
Keep all the original packing materials to repack your Sleep Adjustment Bed or pillow in the unlikely event you wish to return them after your 30-Day Test Rest. You will need to call your Customer Service representative at 1-888-311-1146 to get a Return Authorization Code—no returned iSleep merchandise can be accepted without this authorization. You also are responsible for the return shipping charges.

How is the Sleep Adjustment Bed different from other air beds?
The Sleep Adjustment bed is the only bed that combines the constant posture support of polymer InnerCoils with adjustable, side-by-side firmness and comfort. To that you can add layers of luxurious, pressure-relieving foam. You can also choose graduated warmth at the individual command of each sleep partner. Learn more information about the Sleep Adjustment Bed vs. the competition.

Does the mattress need to be firm to get support?
It's a myth that you need a firm mattress to get adequate support. The patented Innercoil and air design gives you proper orthopedic support no matter how soft or firm your mattress is. But firmness does affect comfort. So the Sleep Adjustment Bed is built with individually-controlled, dual air chambers—each sleep partner can decide how soft or firm to make their side of the bed, without compromise.
Owner's Manual

You know you put it somewhere…but where?

Every time you buy something, you get an Owner's Manual. Does keeping track of them make you crazy?

Here's a tip so you won't lose the one for your Sleep Adjustment Bed—slip it between the mattress and foundation. It won't harm your bed and you'll always know where it is.

So we've put together a lot of the information you may need and made it available right here, including the assembly instructions which can be found in the Owner's Manual.
Care and Maintenance Tips
