Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops with 8-16 oz of cold water 30-45 minutes prior to training. Start by taking one scoop to assess tolerance and increase the dosage slowly. Some individuals may find 1, 1.5, or 2 scoops is the ideal dose pre-workout. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Contents may settle after shipping. Shake container prior to each use. Store in a cool, dry place. Do Not Exceed 2 Scoops In Any 24 Hour Period.

This is fantastic. Before Craze I tried Jack3d, Assault and C4, they are all great, but Craze is something else...power and focus are outstanding.

The taste is awful, but who cares? The most important thing is that this supplement really works!

I truly believe that each product works best or worse for each person. For example, Assault, Jack3d, 1MR and SuperCharge Xtreme work fine for me, but others like NO Xplode, C4 and Shotgun don't.
So I tried Craze and it worked pretty good. None of them above give me the pump and vacularization I would like, but the first ones give me energy and power for a great workout, and so does Craze.
I would recomend Craze for everybody that like the products that work for me (Assault, Jack3d, 1MR and SuperCharge Xtreme) because it most likely to work for them too. By : claytondiver (Posted on 8/23/12)

I was like you - skeptical about this product having never heard of it before. I've tried the industry leaders, Jack3d, Assault, C4, N.O. Xplode, etc... This is in a complete differently league. You don't get the "tingly" feeling like jack3d and assault, or the "side effects" of N.O. xplode, or the nasty chalkiness of C4. What you do get is what I'm going to call "extreme mental focus." You will be "in the zone" like never before with Craze. It gives you a great pump without the itching or jitters - all in a small jack3d size scoop, which mixes 100% in water with a spoon - no floaties or chalkiness. And best of all - no crash after your workout.

The ONLY negative I can think of is that it is grape flavor only, which may bother some people. It's pretty much grape kool-aide. Other than that, spend the money. Give it a try. You'll forget about the others.
