I often buy Carlson's fish oils because the fish are caught in clean waters, usually near Norway....wild sources not farmed. Small fish, not large. These factors make a big difference. The quality is good- purified and 3rd party tested. Fairly high DHA/EPA. There are lemon and orange flavored ones too!
