Quick and Easy Vanilla Protein Crepes

Protein crepes are a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth and get your protein fix all at once. This recipe is simple and only requires a 10 to 15 minute block of time from your day.

2 Egg Whites
1 cup Almond Milk
2/3 cup Ground Oats
1 pinch Salt
1 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
2 scoops Dymatize, Elite Vanilla Whey Protein

1. Combine egg whites, almond milk, protein powder, salt and coconut oil in blender until smooth. Cover. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Heat skillet on medium with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray.
3. Use measuring cup to pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into skillet. Tilt the skillet until the entire surface is covered with batter. Cook for 2 to 5 minutes, flipping once, until golden. Repeat.

Choose your toppings. Spread onto crepe. Roll crepe. Eat deliciousness.
