• 6 eggs or egg whites
• 2 overly ripe bananas
• 1 tbsp raw honey
• 1 cup banana flavored whey protein
• 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
• 1/2 cup coconut flour
• 1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped raw pecans or walnuts
• 1/2 tsp baking sodaPreheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl like this one, combine all ingredients
Pour into bread muffin mold
Bake at 350 F for 40 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned
