- Check your local supermarket. These days itâ€™s possible to buy an organic counterpart to almost every food item.
- Visit your local farmerâ€™s market to get insanely fresh in-season produce. Ask the farmers if they have any tips for using a specific fruit or vegetable in a recipe.
- Stock up on some quick-fix basics. Stash the freezer with frozen bags of organic produce. Make sure your pantry has organic pastas, canned tomatoes, and beans. Keep organic beef, chicken, or vegetable stock on hand. Next time youâ€™re in a pinch and feel like ordering takeout or grabbing a burger youâ€™ll be prepared.
