Apply Here is seeking a team member to join our Customer Service Department while working remotely. This position will require interactions in Portuguese primarily (written and verbally), but you should be able to write and speak conversations English to work with the Customer Service Manager.  The normal day in your new life could include the following:

You will work with our large domestic and international customer base, with an emphasis on Portuguese speaking customers, to assist with orders involving the sale and support of more than 40,000 unique natural health products.

You will speak with customers directly over the phone (using Zendesk) regarding any order issue and find resolutions that leave the customer happy.

You will work in live chat software assisting multiple customers at one time with any issues.

You will work within the Zendesk CRM system to solve cases, update tickets, and assist customers from start to completion on any issue experienced.

You will work in 3rd Party ERP system to create and research orders that customers inquire upon.

You will work with Operations Team at times to solve order discrepancies and issues and update customers accordingly.

Common requests you will have to solve:
-Where's my order?
-Damaged items, missing items
-Payment issue
-Trouble using the website
-Customs and cultural questions
