This product is similar to Parotid PMG by Standard Process, which normally is purchased from or through one's health care provider, and aids in digestion and liver function, and also happens to detox from mercury poisoning. I have not found any trustworthy online merchants for Parotid PMG. I have been using Cytozyme Parotid - TS for a month now, and my self-testing with kinesiology/muscle testing (necessary because I take so many different supplements) says yes to it and rejects the Standard Process product. The Cytozyme-TS is very similar to the PMG product: both contain bovine parotid glandular and are processed cold to retain enzymes, but Cytozyme contains a bit of some other things: 5% bovine thymus concentrate and 5% bovine spleen concentrate. I know from my acupuncturist that I have a spleen problem, so maybe this is why my body seems to prefer Cytozyme to PMG. At any rate, I will continue to buy Cytozyme Parotid-TS from healthdesigns; the price is the same as PMG, and this is a hassle-free way of getting my Parotid.
