A certified organic blue green algae, Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, harvested wild from Upper Klamath Lake, Oregon, and fresh frozen. It is rich in phenylethylamine (PEA), a mood adaptogen.* There is approximately 8.5 mg PEA per each 1-tablespoon serving.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 tablespoon two times daily, followed by an 8 oz. glass of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Start with one teaspoon daily, then slowly increase to two tablespoons daily or more. Keep frozen until ready to use, then place bottle in refrigerator to partially defrost. For immediate defrost, place in cool water for 15 minutes. Pour off the thawed portion. Place remainder of bottle back in freezer until ready to defrost again.
