Shipping
U.S. Orders
Free shipping for orders over $100.00.
Most orders placed before 10 A.M. Eastern time are processed the same business day. Orders are shipped using UPS or USPS based on the product brand. Most delivery is within 2 - 7 business days. Length of delivery is based on business days and location and product availability. Weekends and holidays are not included.
Most orders to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
The shipping rate for most orders is $7.50 within the continental U.S. If any problems arise, you will notified through email. For the refrigerated products, a $3.50 handling fee plus shipping may be applied to orders. You can always add products to your cart and then view cart to view the calculated shipping. You may cancel your order anytime before pressing the final "Submit" button.
For Special Shipping & Handling: For Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Delivery, include specific shipping instructions in the Ordering Instructions box in the shopping cart. We will ship the product as requested and charge your credit card any additional shipping charges unless you request a quote before shipping.
If a shipping quote is requested before order is processed, you may call 1.888.311.1146 or email customerservice@healthdesigns.com and specify items and quantity and shipping zip code for a specific shipping quote. As we attempt to respond to these requests promptly, your order may be delayed in an attempt to contact you.
International Orders
- All international order are sent via US Postal Service. A certificate of mailing (PS Form 3817) or a Customs Declaration Form (PS Form 2976-A) is obtained to verify that the order has been shipped to the specified address. We are not responsible for delivery to your location. If requested, we will send you a copy of the certificate of mailing or custom form.
- Delivery time varies based on country.
- Rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Unless specified, you will be contacted with the rates before your order is processed.
- You are responsible for any charges specific to your country.
- Once the order is processed and accepted at the US Postal Service, we are not responsible for any non-delivery. We do not have any control over the delivery of an international order. You are responsible for all charges. If the package is returned to us, we will credit you the product purchase price. By confirming shipping costs, you agree to these terms.

- Credit Card. Place credit card number and expiration date on order checkout page. This site uses only the highest level of Internet SSL Security.
- Phone Order: Place your order online but call or fax us your credit card
information. Print the receipt page after finalizing your
order.
- Phone Order. Call toll-free 1.888.311.1146 or 574.875.4653. You need only specify order number and credit card number with expiration date.
- Fax Order. Fax order receipt with payment information to 1.847.628.0348.
- Phone Order without online order. Call toll-free 1.888.311.1146 or 574.875.4653. Specify item #, item description, size, and quantity. Clearly leave your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card number with expiration date.
- Fax Order without online order. Print our convenient fax form.
- Check in the mail. Print the receipt following the order checkout page, make check/cheque or money-order /draft payable to HealthDesigns International and mail to the address shown at the top of the order checkout page. (Orders are delayed till check is verified).
Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened merchandise only. Orders must have been placed within 90 days of return request. We will refund the cost of the merchandise for such items, however we are unable to refund any shipping costs. Please contact us at customerservice@healthdesigns.com within 5 days of the receipt of the goods before returning any items to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.
